After retirement from the Navy, it was hard to find a new career that was as rewarding as serving. Lead, Follow or ………, is a common phrase in the military. However, leadership is not always rewarded when working for others. This is one reason we started a business with “Core values”, that provides a needed service that is focused on the customer. The qualities that carried over from Navy life provide baselines for our mission. Keep your word, never promise and not delivery. Be honest, the truth is never good or bad, just the truth. “Trust but Verify”. Attention to details. The details always lead to success.

Did a great job... I would make sure you talk to him in person right after the inspection ends. I think there is stuff that they have to say in the report like have an election check out so and so even though he pretty much knows. I helped flipped houses as a teenager and while must of what I did was shovel mulch I picked up a few things and he found things that I didn't see. He could also give good answers on how much he thought things would be to fix. Did a visual terminate inspection for free.

I found him through Angie's List. He was really good. He was up to the standard of the reviews I read on him. He was amazing. He came for an inspection on the foundation, one when the plumbing and electrical was done and then the final inspection when the house was built. He told us a lot of ideas to really seal the house. We were really happy with him.
